Son of Deborah and Akiva, was born on 29.10.1927 in Tel Aviv. He spent his childhood in difficult conditions. After graduating from elementary school, he did not want to continue his studies knowing the difficult situation of his parents. He began working as an apprentice in British workshops in the mechanical frame profession, and after a working day he visited evening classes at the Max Payne School and studied in the profession. He was tall and handsome, loved music, painting and theater and was always lively and agitated, willing to help others with advice, work, and money. From the age of 16 he joined the Haganah. He was active in the ranks of the Hagash, participated in guarding the border between Jaffa and Tel Aviv, was there a number of times in danger and was also arrested and released on bail, and at his initiative a liaison device that was intended for the enemy was transferred to the Haganah, , And the first of the volunteers to serve in the Givati ​​Brigade on March 13. On March 13, a convoy of 12 vehicles was organized to break through the road and bring supplies to Gat and Galaun, passing through the villages of Iraq-Suwaidan and Faluja.
