Son of Zechariah of blessed memory, was born on March 19, 1936 in Jerusalem and attended the Tachkemoni elementary school and the vocational school in the framework of frameworks. He was educated in a traditional religious home where he absorbed love for the people and the land, and especially for Jerusalem. Moshe was a mischievous but good-hearted boy, orderly and punctual.
