Weiss, Dan (“Sonda”)

Son of David and Hadassah. He was born on 17.9.1943 in Kiryat Haim. Dan worked as a metalworker and farmer. He was drafted into the IDF in October 1961, as part of the Nahal Brigade, and was part of the “Nachshol” nucleus in Baram. Dan fell in the line of duty on the 21st of Tishrei 5723 (19.10.1962) and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa. After his fall, his friends put out a booklet in his memory.
