Tuina, Idan

Son of Chana and Uri. Idan was born in Ashkelon on the 19th of Adar, March 26, 1989. Idan was a talented and successful student, and was awarded a certificate of excellence. Idan studied at the Ministry of Defense’s high school, and at the same time he worked as a diligent and responsible employee. Idan enlisted in the IDF on February 6, 2008 and served in the General Staff, after which he was assigned as a security guard. Corporal Idan fell during his service on the 30th of Av, August 20, 2009. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Ashkelon, leaving his parents, brother and sister.
