Toluco, Yevgeny

Yevgeny, son of Yelena and Andre Toluco, was born in the Ukraine in 1994. His family immigrated to Israel in 2000 and Yevgeny settled in Israel quickly and easily. Although he came to Israel as a child he mastered the Russian language fully, and over the years gained control of both Hebrew and English and read books in all three languages. Yevgeny fell during his service on 7 Adar, February 17, 2013. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl, Jerusalem, leaving parents and three sisters,
