Shvili, Yitzhak (“Itzik”)
Son of Moshe and Rachel. Born on July 7, 1949 in Hadera, he studied at the “Sharon” Elementary School in Neve Sharett, then moved to the ORT vocational high school in Abu Kabir, and after three years was given the certificate of a professional. He began working at the “Ford” garage and was accepted as a trainee at the garage when he was 15 years old, worked five days a week as a trainee and spent one day studying at the school for apprentices in the Mossad walls. Apprenticeship, in which he excelled, was classified as Type A. In May 1967, Yitzhak was drafted into the IDF. He spent his holidays in military service at work in the garage and paid his work to his home. He was a loyal partner to his father in bearing the burden of supporting the family with many children. Yitzhak was friendly to everyone and behaved kindly with everything. He was dedicated to his family and devoted most of his time to them. On April 25, 1970, he fell in a bombardment in the area of the Suez Canal and was brought to eternal rest in the Kiryat Shaul military cemetery. The commander of his unit wrote a letter of condolence to his family, in his name and in the name of his comrades in arms, and said: “Your dear son fulfilled his duties and duties with dedication and dedication until the last moment.
