Son of Efraim and Nati. He was born on April 5, 1940, in the city of Stanyashsti in Romania. In his hometown he attended elementary school and was the only Jewish child among thirty Christian students. At the age of ten his parents owned him and settled in Nahariya. Where he studied at the Katznelson elementary school and after graduating he studied carpentry at the Kibbutz Regba School. He was close to the sport and belonged to Hapo’el Nahariya. When he was 16 years old, a Chinese system broke out but because of his age he was no longer drafted into the IDF, but he was of help to his friends and neighbors. In February 1958 he was drafted into the Armored Corps as a gunner, served in the south but never complained about the hardships of the situation, and when he was released from the army he worked for a year in one factory in Nahariya. “I promise you, dear Ada, that I will return.” But he did not return, because on the third day he said, “I promise you, dear Ada, that I will return.” He was put to rest in the military cemetery in Nahariya, and his company commander described him as someone who “took part in the battles in Nablus, “He was well-liked for his friends, a good friend and an assistant and a great morale, without compromising his devotion to his military duties.” In the period of alert, he wrote, “he fulfilled his duties with dedication and efficiency … When his tank was among the six tanks that heroically blocked a Jordanian battalion of tanks … and did not see the great victory of our people, which was among his fighters. “The booklet” In memory of the sons of Nahariya, who fell in the Six Day War “was brought from his history and from the command of his commander.
