Son of David and Miriam. He was born on September 6, 1934 in Jassy, ​​Romania. When he was five years old, he was orphaned from his father who was killed in a pogrom. Despite his young age and despite the difficult family situation at the time, he helped support his mother, his brothers and sisters, continued to study and excelled in his studies. He completed his elementary studies in Jassy, ​​Romania, and then completed high school in a vocational school, where he acquired the profession of regrets. Even when he was in Romania he knew how to speak, write and read Hebrew fluently. He continued to observe the commandments of Jewish tradition and religion as his father. He was also active in the religious youth movement. At the end of 1950 he immigrated to Israel with his family, and they settled in the Holon transit camp. In the day he worked as a scribe to support his family, and at night he studied evening courses at the Ministry of Labor. He excelled in his studies and was awarded a certificate of appreciation. Avraham was drafted into the IDF in August 1953 and assigned to the Engineering Corps, and after completing his basic training, he took various courses and became a sabotage officer, and during his service he was considered a good and loyal soldier. After he was discharged from regular service, he worked in various places as a painter, progressed in his profession, continued to acquire knowledge, and eventually developed his own business. , Who knew how to educate his children to the love of the homeland, to the way of the land and to respect others, Avraham was sometimes called into service And he always saw this service as an obligation, but a right: During his military service, he participated in all of Israel’s wars: the Sinai Campaign, the Six-Day War, and the Yom Kippur War, and on the 17th of Elul 5734 (February 4, 1974) Was buried in the cemetery in Holon and left behind a wife, son, two daughters, two sisters, and a brother in a letter of condolence to the bereaved family: “Avraham was an outstanding soldier.
