Son of Ada and Avraham was born on May 7, 1922, in the city of Giessen, Germany, where he was raised by his parents and educated in a religious orphanage in Frankfurt, where he studied elementary gardening, The Religious Youth After two years of training, he joined the kibbutz group of second grade students for the Yavneh group of the religious kibbutz movement and was a devoted and loyal friend of the group and its members, responsible for one of the branches of the agriculture and responsible for its actions in general. He received a year’s leave to expand his knowledge and studied for a year at Mercaz HaRav Yeshiva in Jerusalem and completed his knowledge of the Torah In 1941 he joined the Haganah and took part in the training with great seriousness and dedication.In the winter of 1948, when the War of Independence broke out, he took part in the handcuffs and would go out every day and shoot him on the shoulder as a member of the group’s Palam squad , To ensure the safety of the workers and the way to the point, and at the end of Nissan 5708 he was called with his class to destroy the ransom of the rioters and their supporters from the surrounding villages. In the battle for Beit Daras, he was hit in the head with a sniper’s bullet and after a day of suffering at the hospital he died of his wounds on May 11, 1948. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Kvutzat Yavneh, His death, Zivia was named after him.
