Robinson, Amit

Son of Sylvia and Elijah. Born on the 12th of Elul, August 25, 1988 in Kibbutz Magal, north of the Hefer Valley. On March 23, 2008 Amit enlisted in the IDF, serving in the Armored Corps, Battalion 71, in the 1881 Brigade. After a basic training course, Amit underwent a course for loading students, and when the course ended, the force entered Gaza. Amit was killed by Palestinian sniper fire when he took his head out of the tank to observe. It was the 12th of Tevet, January 8, 2009. He was twenty years old. He was brought to rest in the Kibbutz Magal cemetery.
