Nachman, Tal

Tal, son of Sima and Nesi Nachman, was born on May 30, 1992 in Rishon Letzion. He graduated from elementary school. From an early age, his love for music and sport stood out. Prior to his enlistment in the IDF, Tal chose to serve in a combat unit, because he carried within him an ideology and values ​​that were rooted in him from home. On November 20, 2010, Tal was recruited to a combat unit of the Israel Defense Forces In a routine operational operation in the Nahal Oz area, a soldier from the Givati ​​Brigade’s reconnaissance battalion who took part in the mission, identified a figure and thought that he was a terrorist. The soldier opened fire at the armored personnel carrier and caused Tal’s death, on February 4, 2014. After his death Tal was promoted to captain.
