Daughter of Haviva and Moshe. Born on July 29, 1971 in Tel Aviv, Lilach began her first studies in Rishon Letzion and went on to the elementary school and high school where she completed her studies. In late November 1989 Lilach enlisted in the IDF and at the end of her basic training she was assigned as a clerk in the Kirya. At that time, she felt that her ability was not exhausted and she did not contribute to the IDF as she could, and she volunteered to serve in a combat unit, and there was no limit to her happiness and pride when her request was accepted and transferred from an open unit in the Kirya to the Givati Brigade. Lilach immediately loved her commanders and friends, full of joy, smiling, captivating, loving the other, always willing to help anyone she met, and always encouraged, complimented, or complimented by these qualities.
