Maximov, Baruch


Son of Sonia and Shmuel. He was born on 19.9.1973 in the former Soviet Union. The eldest brother of Yitzhak and Liran. His parents, who were steeped in Zionism and love of Israel, decided to immigrate to Israel, and before he was full, Baruch arrived for a year in his new home in Rishon Letzion. Baruch began his studies at Haviv Elementary School and graduated from the Gan Nahum High School in the city. Baruch was an excellent athlete. It is clear to Baruch that he has a special personality and a sensitive soul. It was not for nothing that he was loved by all his friends and surroundings. At the end of October 1991, Baruch enlisted in the IDF, where he underwent various courses in which he was trained as a military policeman, and at the end of the training course he was assigned to the Military Police’s main traffic control unit. He was also a resident of Hebron, Gaza and other cities, and he was highly regarded as an outstanding soldier, demonstrating leadership, organization and management, a high work ethic and self-discipline. And Baruch discovered that he had achieved independence in the performance of his duties He was released from military service two and a half months before the official date: On October 17, 1994, Baruch died of his illness, and at the age of twenty he died of his illness. He was brought to eternal rest in the civilian cemetery in Holon, leaving parents and two brothers
