Lavi, Ehud
Son of Reuven and Esther. He was born on the 11th of Adar Alef 5740 (20.2.1940) in Haifa. He graduated from elementary and high school in Kibbutz Kfar Masaryk, where his parents are members. He would always demand that the values of kibbutz life be preserved with consistent consistency, and even defended the kibbutz and the way of life he loved and nurtured. He also tried to penetrate deeper into the understanding of the human soul in which he believed. He had never been inclined to accept anything as absolute and agreed upon. Was aware of and active in society and knew how to develop a lively cultural life around him. Participate in every party and evening – in pantomime, music and humor. He tended to paint and even left pencil drawings, oil paintings and caricatures in his estate. He was eager for music. So was his love for nature and on various walks he would see what others could not see. He belonged to Hashomer Hatza’ir. He was a farmer by profession. He was recruited to the IDF in November 1958. He was devoted to his position and his commanders, Ish-Reim, active and active his colleagues in the platoon and company, initiating and doing a great deal of daily life. Who were assigned to him in the framework of being a cadet, and because of all this he was loved by his friends and respected by his commanders. On the tenth anniversary of his death, the internal newsletter of the kibbutz (“Hed Hameuhad”), which appeared on the 30th anniversary of his death, was devoted entirely to his memory. A bunch of letters and paintings of his own.
