In elementary school he was considered a naughty and energetic pupil. He was loved by his teachers. For four years Tal studied at the Midrasha and was the happiest year in his life, and he learned to love the landscapes of the Negev and spent most of his spare time on long walks And “crazy” with his friends Tal was a very popular and beloved figure for his friends and classmates and the Midrasha, and he was considered a man of great courage and a head full of tricks and pranks that he performed with his friends. Tal was drafted into the IDF in November 1987 and volunteered for the naval commando, and he liked the service of the unit and enjoyed it.Tel was considered one of the best and leading soldiers among his elite soldiers and was very fond of his friends and commanders After six months on the route, In order to be close to his mother, who had contracted a malignant disease and left despite the entreaties of his commanders and comrades in the naval commando unit, and was stationed at the IAF base in southern Israel as a Field Security NCO. Every day he would come home to nurse his mother until she died in December 1988. Tal tried to return to the naval commando and was in contact with the unit, but in March 1989, his twin brother, Yair, fell while serving. Tal, who was considered a strong man, did not live up to the death of his mother and brothers. From that moment on, he became a sad and arresting young man. He began to isolate himself, composed poems and wrote a diary. His estate contains letters, tapes and many poems, describing his pent-up pain. One of his beautiful songs, which he also composed, was about his brother’s death and he wrote in it, among other things, “Yair, no one heard the bullet escaped / no one escaped / stopped / how / strong burning / Says / finds out to whom she says / shouts you from a deep pit / shouts, screams, you are far / striving for power, floating pleasant / holding, holding inside. ” On 27.8.1989, Tal fell during his service and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Be’er Sheva, next to the grave of his twin brother, Yair, who left behind his father and sister Nurit.
