When his daughters were born there was no limit to his joy, and here his sensitive Lev was revealed. At the outbreak of the Six-Day War, called to reserve duty and in the battle that took place in the southern Golan Heights on the fifth day of the battles, on the 9th of Sivan 5727 (9.6.1967), he fell courageously and proved his loyalty to his duties and his friends. He was buried in the military cemetery in Afula and was later transferred to the eternal rest of the military cemetery in Haifa, and his memory was included in the booklet “Nachshoni HaGolan” issued by his battalion.
