Kavua, Muhammad
Son of Bachta and Iyad. He was born on November 15, 1980, at Soroka Medical Center in Be’er Sheva. The eldest son of ten brothers. Lived all his life in a tent in grazing land, in the Abu Rabia tribe near Arad. Muhammad attended elementary school in the center of the tribe. He completed 6 years of education and due to bureaucratic problems, he did not continue his studies. Muhammad helped with the housework, raising the animals and going out to graze. He was a sports boy, loved swimming and playing football and volleyball. In April 2001, Muhammad wanted to follow his father who served in the army and volunteered for the IDF, and was motivated to contribute to the country as much as he could, but he was sent to serve as a tracker in the Judea Brigade in the Hebron area, where he served for about six months. He completed only 6 years of learning in Hebrew, wanted to learn English in depth, and at an early age he realized that money had no meaning and therefore should not be relied upon, he used to argue with his brother so that they would understand it too. Muhammad fell during his service on October 16, 2001. He was buried in the military section of the cemetery in Kseifeh and left behind his parents and nine brothers and sisters.
