Karni, Ido

Son of Dalia and Yoel. He was born on December 21, 1980 in Kibbutz Amir. In July 2000, Ido enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces in the Artillery Corps, where he overcame his difficulties due to back pain, and began his career as a combat soldier. On the 4th of Nisan 5761 (April 4, 2001) Ido fell in operational activity in the Hebron area. After his death he was promoted to sergeant. He was laid to rest in the military section of the cemetery in Kibbutz Amir. Survived by his parents and sister.
