Born in 1913 in Eihl, Hungary, he studied at a yeshiva in Makova and was a member of the Hapoel Hamizrachi organization, and immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1935. He began working as a factory worker for a year, , But was forced to stop his studies due to financial difficulties During the bloody riots of 1936-1939, David enlisted in the police, served for a certain period in Afikim and was transferred to Safed where he served as a policeman for about eight months. In the Arab quarter on his way to the police station, was shot in the back from the ambush and critically wounded, managed to reach the police station and hand over his weapon, The reading. He was buried in the cemetery in Safed. By his wife delivered a few days before his death
