Fish, Chaim
Son of Avraham, was born in 1913 in Germany and immigrated to Palestine in 1933. He served as a waiter in Palestine during the Second World War and joined the British army and was assigned to Transport Company No. 5 of the Transportation Corps. He was killed in an air raid on 23 Av (6.8.1942) and was brought to rest in the British military cemetery in Al-Alamein, Egypt. His parents wrote a memoir in the Executive Committee, and his name was also immortalized in the book “Yizkor” of the Jabotinsky Institute and in the “Yearbook of Journalists”, 1946.
