Shlomo was born on January 1, 1951 in Meknes, Morocco, and immigrated to Israel with his family in 1956. He completed his studies at the “HaRoeh” elementary school in Kfar Rekhess, where he lived with His family grew up in a professional high school in Haifa, in a drafting and pre-military radio course, and grew up in the spirit of Jewish tradition and faith in the God of Israel. He was devoted to his parents and respected the tradition of his forefathers, made sure to spend the Sabbath nights with his family. His teachers and friends remember him as a man of noble and noble qualities, he always behaved in peace and quiet, he was pleasant and courteous with everyone, he had the ability to organize and the qualities of a leader. Was an outstanding athlete who began his career in the soccer game, then became an enthusiastic spectator in this game and devoted himself to the fields of basketball and table tennis, and was a member of the “Hapoel” Rechasim team. Shlomo was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in early February 1969. He was trained as a tank driver and was sent to serve as a tank commander during the War of Attrition, during which he took part in operations in the Golan Heights and in the Jordan Valley. He knew the tank on his own, knew how to operate it and became an excellent crew member, and was able to keep his cool and calm even in the most difficult moments, and even encouraged his friends and strengthened their confidence. His leadership ability was discovered when he ran the youth club in Rechasim. He made sure to hold social gatherings and parties, and urged his friends to engage in cultural activities. Shlomo saw the public good in his mind. He acted as a public figure willing to take on a heavy burden in order to benefit others. For his livelihood, he began to work in a carpentry shop. Soon his many talents became apparent and he became head of a lathes team. But he aspired to be an independent business owner. So he left his job and together with a friend was about to open his own business. But he could not fulfill his dream. During the Yom Kippur War, his unit participated in the battle against the Egyptians. On the 19th of Tishrei 5734 (October 19, 1973), Shlomo was killed and killed in an air strike on IDF units west of the Suez Canal and was brought to eternal rest in the Kfar Hasidim cemetery, leaving behind his parents, four brothers and three sisters. He was raised to the rank of sergeant, and his parents donated a Torah scroll to the synagogue in Rechasim.
