Dasiatnikova, Anna


Daughter of Tatiana and Vladimir. Was born on the 5th of June 1980 in the city of Dobosry in Moldova, a young sister to the marina. When she was born, Anna entered the house with happiness and joy. Everyone was huddled around her and excited by the naughtiness in her. Everyone in the family gave her another nickname, such as Anichka, her sister, Anka, and more. Anna liked to play, especially with boys, so everyone called her ‘Anitchka son in a skirt.’ She was a brave child, an athlete, and nothing frightened her. As a child, every child wanted her to be able to protect him. Anna loved animals and took great care of the pets of all the residents of the house she lived in. She played in her school’s basketball team. In 1996, Anna immigrated to Israel as part of the Na’aleh program – immigrant youth in front of parents – and began studying at the Zionist Youth Village in Jerusalem, where she quickly acclimated to Israeli society and became an Israeli character, and served as a clerk in the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria Operations in the territories. She was a responsible soldier who invested heavily in her role and showed independence in carrying out her duties. Thanks to her smile, the joy of life and the mental strength she displayed, Anna created a pleasant atmosphere among those around her. In September 1999 Anna was diagnosed with a malignant disease. For ten months, Anna fought for her life with optimism and a smile she could not resist. Her parents were brought to Israel with the aid of the State and served her in a cell until her death, on the 17th of Tammuz 5770 (17.7.2000). Anna was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. Survived by her parents and sister. In her letter of condolence to the family, the commander of the unit where Brigadier General Dov spoke about Anna’s qualities, wrote: “Her faith in the justice of the way, her ability and her devotion to the mission were among the characteristics of Anna and his father She was a soldier in charge and very motivated to help and contribute, showed gentleness and high self-giving wherever she went, and Anna was a social and energetic soldier who stood out in her smile, exuded joy and was loved by her commanders and friends. “
