The youngest son of Simcha and Moshe Cohen, was born on 28.5.1963 in Jerusalem, and he had a Yaffa and rich childhood, and he began his studies at the Carmeli Elementary School, He completed his studies at the ORT vocational school in the electric field, where he was a member of the “Youth House” in Emek Refaim, where he spent most of his time until he became his second home. Youth “served as a center for the members of his group, and Itzik’s personality and actions served as a symbol for his friends: Itzik always worked to reconcile the counselors and apprentices and to straighten things out. He has always been a fan of the club, and has organized a variety of sports teams in the club. On his guitar and sing songs from the Land of Israel, and he worked with his good friend Roni Golan, who was killed shortly after the fall of Itzik, and planned his future.
