Cohen, Sigalit


A beautiful daughter and Aaron. She was born on the 7th of Sivan 5761 (7.6.1971) in Kiryat Yam. She studied at the Rodman Elementary School in Kiryat Yam and at the Weizmann School in Kiryat Motzkin. She began her high school studies at the ORT school in Kiryat Motzkin, continued at the Neurim boarding school in Netanya and graduated from the Amal High School in Safed in the field of clerical work. Sigal, she called it all, was a good student and was particularly prominent in her serious attitude toward learning. With her kindness and politeness. Her high school class teacher described her as a popular and popular girl in society who was a positive leader in her class and served as a role model. She also pointed out that she was responsible and considerate and did everything she had to do to satisfy her teachers. Sigal was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in March 1990. She was sent to the Ministry of Communications, where she was sent to the course of the Ministry of Transcripts, where she had a pleasant impression on her commanders. Because she had excellent scholastic and professional skills and great self-discipline, and Sigal wanted to succeed in overcoming all the difficulties involved in her military service and the asthma that sometimes afflicted her, and unfortunately she did not achieve her goals. During her service and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa. Survived by her parents, two brothers – Yossi and Ofer and sister – Ilanit. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, the unit commander wrote: “Sigal was a diligent student. A model soldier. She was loved by her friends, always willing to help, full of life and with a strong desire to overcome all the difficulties. “Her parents donated equipment for setting up a computer room in her name at Megadim School in Karmiel.
