He belonged to the Scouts movement and was very fond of the theater and joined the amateur circle under the guidance of Moshe Halevy, cheerful and optimistic, with a good temperament and willing to help others at any time of the hour. , Was not inclined to leadership and did not want to stand out, one of his qualities was enthusiasm, and this unique power, together with his loyalty and dedication, But after his high school graduation, he was drafted into the IDF in August 1961. According to his commander, he was a source of encouragement for both his commanders and his subordinates, for his presence there would have placed security on Everything. His dream was to continue his studies at the university, but just on the verge of being released on Thursday, November 21, 1963, he fell in the line of duty, sacrificing himself to save his friends who worked with him. He was brought to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem, where his unit dedicated a cultural room and donated a wandering trophy in his name.
