Ben-Sasson (Luntz) Moshe Zalman
Moshe Zalman Son of-Sasson, son of Freidel and Rabbi Baruch Menachem Luntz was born in 1904 in Volozhin, Poland. At the age of eight months he was orphaned from his father. At the age of eighteen, he immigrated to Israel, settled immediately in the settlement of Yavne’el in the Galilee and worked with his uncle Dov Luntz. In 1935 he brought his family: his mother, his stepfather, and his two younger brothers to Israel, and helped them settle in Jerusalem. He was attacked by Arabs and killed on on 14 March 1937 and he was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Yavne’el.
