Ben-Menachem, Zadok

Zadok Son of-Menachem, son of Naomi and Menachem Mauda, was born on September 30, 1949, in Yemen. He joined the IDF and volunteered to serve in the Paratroopers Brigade, and when he completed his mandatory service, Zadok considered whether to return to teaching or to continue in the regular army, and for fourteen consecutive years served in various positions. On the 20th of Sivan 5742 (11.6.1982), Zadok fell in battle in Lebanon and was put to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya. He left behind a wife, three sons and a daughter, parents, two sisters and a brother.
