Azoulay, Aviel Omri

Ben Ellis and Radosh. Born on Thursday, June 4, 1984 in Be’er Sheva, a brother to Natalie, Shlomi and Edith, grew up in the fourth neighborhood of Be’er Sheva, studied at the Alumot Elementary School, the School for Environmental Education, and at the Makif D High School in the city. “Like the sea he loved,” says his cousin Siegel, “his goal was always the horizon, to the end, to the end.” The joy that never faded from his eyes, The smile that never left his face, his giving, far beyond what was expected of an adolescent boy, and his ability to encourage, support, help and lead when necessary – all characterized him and made him loved by all his followers. Al-Omri was in the nature of his life, and grew up when he studied at the Environmental Education School, where he raised and nurtured animals from an early age, and had pigeons raised in his loft, birds of song and horses. Aviel Omri joined the IDF and served at a storage base in the south. On December 6, 2002, Aviel Omri was killed in a road accident in Be’er Sheva when he was 18. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Be’er Sheva and left behind his parents, two sisters and a brother, : “They say you take the good ones. “Tali, Liraz’s mother, wrote:” I am sure that as you were unique in the lower worlds, you are the same in the upper worlds … “Dudu, childhood friend of Aviel Omri: Tears, because I really loved you and it’s hard for me to accept that you went on a long trip, that you will not come back from it. “Michel writes, one of his friends:” Your candle is always on in my heart, your smile, your loud voice, your songs. You accompany me everywhere, at night and in the day, in good and bad. “
