Abargil (Zarbib), Avraham (Emil)
The son of Diamantin and Albert was born on August 4, 1925, in Constantine, Algeria, where he had nine sons, and as a child the family moved to France and settled in the city of Santfon. He graduated from the university and specialized in mechanics, where he studied fine, loved his work and supported the family, and often did more than he could. The outbreak of the War of Independence in Eretz Israel began to mobilize for the homeland, leaving his work and leaving France with a group of Mahal volunteers -lartz). On March 27, 1948, he arrived in Israel and joined the defense forces. Avraham fought in the Negev and took part in the conquest of Beersheba on October 21, 1948, and was severely wounded. He was transferred to Kibbutz Dorot and there, on the 19th of Tishrei, 5709 (October 22, 1948), died of his wounds. He was buried in Kibbutz Dorot. On the 17th of Iyar 5709 (4.5.1950) he was transferred to the eternal rest of the military cemetery at Nahalat Yitzhak.
