Son of Masuda and Yaish-Giss, was born on December 27, 1964 in Holon. When Tzvi’s mother decided to give birth she did not know that she was carrying twins in her womb. He studied at the Chabad kindergarten, the Chabad elementary school, and later at the Torah and Hora Yeshiva in Tel Aviv and at the Torah v’Avodah yeshiva in the Harav Leat boarding school. All these institutions shaped his personality as a man of Torah and faith. As a young man he learned to write badges (crowns that adorn the heads of the letters) to Torah scrolls, scrolls and mezuzahs. Later, when he grew up, he took advantage of his days off and his few leisure hours and did the writing. He found great satisfaction in this work, and received a salary for his work.
