Zucker, Shmuel

Son of Jacob and Sima. Born on 19 December 1933 in Poland, he immigrated to Israel with his parents in 1934. He was a member of the Aerobatics Club in Tel-Aviv and learned to fly, on the eve of his enlistment in the IDF in August 1951. He flew his solo . He had a 24-hour flight on a light plane. He fell in the line of duty on the 16th of Sivan 5712 (9.6.1952) and was brought to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
