He was born in 1914 in Przyszyn, Poland, where he settled in Haifa and joined the ranks of the Haganah, and later joined the police, serving for about a year and a half at the eastern police station in his city. On 9 Tishrei (4.10.1938), when he was on duty at Nazareth Street in Haifa, Moshe was shot in the ambush, was wounded and killed. He was laid to rest in the Haifa cemetery. He left a wife and a son.
