Son of Aviel and Yael. Born on May 14, 1951 in Haifa, he studied at the Remez Elementary School and at the Municipal High School, both in Haifa, was a member of the Scouts movement in the Agmon Battalion and in the high school belonged to the Gaden Shooting Club A wave wave.
