Zees, Zev

Son of Menachem-Mendel and Luba. Born on December 4, 1939 in the city of Montevideo in Uruguay. He completed his studies there in high school and enrolled in the local university, but he studied there for only one year, and after this first year of studies, in 1961, he immigrated to Israel. He studied architecture. In May 1962 he was conscripted into the IDF and was a disciplined soldier who obeyed every order.. He died on September 13, 1962 and was brought to eternal rest in the Kiryat Shaul Military Cemetery.
