Son of Misha and Reina. He was born on May 4, 1943 in Ottawa, Canada, and immigrated to Israel in 1970. From childhood David received a Jewish-religious education, attended a Jewish primary school and a Jewish high school in Canada, And his first visit to Israel in 1967.
