Zamir, Moshe
Son of Yishayahu and Fania. He was born on the 28th of Elul, September 25, 1927, in Tel Aviv. He studied at an elementary school in Kfar Saba, and later at the Ahad Ha’am Gymnasium in Petach Tikvah. He did not complete his studies there, because when he was orphaned from his father, when was in 11th grade, he was forced to go to work, to support his mother. He was a member of Haganah, served a year of service in the Notary Army, and was one of the first to serve in the State, at the outbreak of the War of Independence. He died of an illness on the 29th of Adar, and was brought to eternal rest in the Petach Tikva cemetery.
