Yvonne, Amram (Marar)

Son of Ezra and Georgia. Born in Sivan in 1938 in Baghdad, capital of Iraq, he immigrated to Israel in 1951 and received his education at the youth movement in Mishmar Ha’emek, where he worked in agriculture during the Sinai Campaign, on the 29th of Marcheshvan 5727 (November 3, 1956) He was killed in a battle near Rafah, was buried in the Kiryat Shaul cemetery and on 18 September 1957 he was put to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
