Yosef, Haim

Haim, son of Geula and Ovadia Yosef, was born in Tel Aviv in 1960. On August 9, 1978, Chaim joined the IDF, served in the Logistics Corps, completed an officers’ course, and continued to serve for many years in the course of which he advanced to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Haim lived with his wife Rachel in Moshav Yarhav. On May 14, 2001, he fell in the course of his duties and he was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul, Tel Aviv, leaving a wife, two children, and two parents.
