Yissachar, Yaakov

Son of Avraham and Rachel. He was born in Tel Aviv on July 6, 1933. He completed his studies at the Talmud Torah in Tel Aviv and was drafted into the IDF in November 1951. At the outbreak of the Sinai Campaign, he was called again for service and on the 27th of Marcheshvan, (1/11/1956) was killed in Rafah. He was buried in the Military Emergency Cemetery in Bari and on the 12th of Marcheshvan 1959 (6.11.1957) he was taken to eternal rest in the Kiryat Shaul Military Cemetery.
