Yifrah, Yeshua
Son of Aliza and Shaul, was born in Morocco in 1930. He immigrated to Israel in 1962 and began working for Mekorot Water Company, where he excelled in his work and received an encouragement award in recognition of his excellence. Yeshua was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in 1963, and after training he was placed as a light vehicle driver in a infantry unit, during the Six-Day War and during the Yom Kippur War, and in April 1980 he was called up for reserve duty. On the 6th of Iyar 5740 (22.4.1980), Yeshua suddenly died of a heart attack. He was 50 years old when he died. Yeshua was laid to rest at the regional cemetery in Mivtachim, in the Negev. He left behind a wife, four daughters and three sons.
