Yermanovsky, Aryeh


Son of Gittel-Tova and Mordecai was born on March 17, 1915, in the city of Pinsk, Poland On September 1, 1925 he immigrated to Israel, completed elementary school and worked as a metalworker, and lived in Kiryat Motzkin near Haifa. He was a member of the Hagana organization from 1936. His Lev was aware of every national problem, and during the bloody riots of 1936-1939 he joined the Nutras and served as a guard in 1937 and 1938. He organized his comrades in his place of work, Independence was sent there as a member of the army and served in the garrison until the day he died. On the 21st of Iyar 5708 (May 21, 1948), when an enemy bomb was dismantled, it exploded in his hand and caused his death. He was laid to rest in the Kiryat Motzkin cemetery. He left a wife and two children.
