Born in 1919 in the town of Zdunska-Wola, Poland, he was educated in a “cheder”, completed elementary school and at a young age helped his father in his career, then moved to the weaving profession. He was sent to Siberia, where he was drafted into the Red Army and later joined the Polish Army, which was established on Russian soil as part of the Stalin-Sikorski Agreement, arrived in Israel as a soldier in the Polish army of General Anders, He settled in Bnei Brak and worked in weaving, and after the end of the war he learned that he was the only survivor of his entire family, Served in the Carmeli Brigade and stood with his battalion against the seven Druze attacks on Ramat Yohanan, after stopping the invasion of the Jordan Valley, and after attacking the Gilboa ridge, the Carmeli Brigade attacked Jenin and the occupation on June 2-3 The Iraqi army, which moved to Samaria after its failure in the Jordan Valley, concentrated its forces and attacked it, and under the pressure of this attack, our forces were forced to withdraw, and on that day, on the 3rd of Iyar 5708 (June 3, 1948) On August 3, 1950, he was put to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
