Yefet, Amikam (‘Ami’)

Son of Avner and Esther. He was born on April 29, 1953 in Tel Aviv. Amikam was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in November 1971. After completing basic training, he was trained in a field artillery training course and was later transferred to the Israel Air Force and served in various capacities. He fulfilled the difficult tasks entrusted to him with dedication and loyalty, and was a model and exemplary soldier. “Ami was a good citizen and a loyal, friendly and loved soldier in the Yom Kippur War, when the Refidim bombarded the camp – it was his first baptism. “(17.12.1974) Amikam fell during his service. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. Survived by his parents, brothers and sisters.
