Yarmolnik, Boris
Son of Asfir and Gennady. Boris was born in the Ukraine on October 28, 1984. His eldest son, Yevgeny’s older brother, immigrated to Israel in August 1993, and shortly afterwards they settled in Netanya. He served in the Ordnance Corps, and during his service he underwent an officers’ course. Deputy Boris fell in operational activity on Monday, 22.11.2012, six days after he began his reserve duty in the “pillar of cloud” campaign against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, at the age of 28. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
