Yakir Yitzhak

Sergeant Major Yakir Yitzhak, son of Fanny and Isaac. Yakir was born on January 29, 1994 in Tirat Carmel. He is the youngest son of his parents and brother of Meir, Tzachi and Lilach. Yakir, a resident of Tirat Carmel, was drafted into the IDF on October 22, 2012. He served in the Military Police Investigation Unit of the Military Police Corps, first as part of his regular service and later in his career. Sergeant Yakir Yitzhak fell during his duties on the November 20, 2018. He was 24 years old. He was laid to rest in the Haifa military cemetery. Survived by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
