Wirth, Bracha


Daughter of Rivka and Elyakim-Getzel. She was born in 1923 in Germany and immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1936. During World War II, she enlisted in the British army and was assigned to the Women’s Auxiliary Corps. On the 15th of Sivan 5705 (28.5.1945), she died during her service and was brought to eternal rest in the Haifa cemetery. She left behind her mother and six brothers and sisters. Her name was immortalized in the book of volunteerism, in the “Book of the Year of the Press” and in the “Yizkor Book” published by the Jabotinsky Institute.
