Whitney, Dov

Son of Laszlo and Margit. Born in Budapest, Hungary, on April 4, 1930, he graduated from the Gymnasium in his hometown, where he studied at the “Tarbut” Hebrew school there, and when he was abroad he belonged to the Hashomer movement The young man. Immigrated to Israel in 1948. He was drafted into the IDF in April 1950. On 21 December 1952, he died and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
