Son of Miriam and Shmuel, was born on 27.8.1928 in the city of Provenza, Galicia, and in 1933 immigrated to Israel with his parents. He finished seven elementary school classes in Rishon Letzion and later worked as a locksmith. At the age of 14, he joined Gadna, and after he was wounded in the head during training, he did not neglect these exercises, serving as a policewoman in Sarafand for a short time, returning to work in his profession shortly after the United Nations General Assembly decided to divide the country into two states, And participated in activities in the south, maintaining security on the Tel Aviv-Rishon LeZion line, the capture of Sarafand and the early stages of Operation Nachshon. He completed a paramedics course and participated in battles against the Egyptians in the vicinity of Beit Daras. With the resumption of battles after the first truce, he moved with his unit to Negba and participated in battles in this sector. In the battle of Beit ‘Afa, he rushed to help the victims of a shell, was also injured and fell on Monday, July 9, 1948. On 14 January 1951, he was brought to rest in the Nachlat Yitzhak military cemetery .
