Weiss, Avraham (Arpad)

Avraham, son of Zvi and Chana Weiss was born on May 20, 1924 in Budapest, Hungary. He graduated from elementary school there and later served in the Hungarian National Army. Avraham immigrated to Israel in 1948 and worked in agriculture. He was wounded on duty =, and on the following day, on April 25, 1949, he died of his wounds and was brought to rest at the Nachlat Yitzhak military cemetery. He left behind his expectant wife who gave birth to their son a month after his death.
