Weisman, Aaron
Son of Feiga and Yitzhak David. He was born in Tel Aviv in 1920. He served in the port in 1920. During World War II, he enlisted in the British army and was assigned to the Operations Unit of the Engineers Corps, serving briefly in Egypt and from there was sent with the British Expeditionary Force, which was intended to stop the German invasion of this country, and at the end of April 1941 the majority of the troops surrendered to the Germans. Most of his men were taken prisoner, including Aaron, and after a short period of captivity he tried to escape, and on 26 Av, August 19, 1941, in his attempt to escape the captivity he was killed. His burial place is unknown. He left parents, two sisters, and a brother.
